 Bold and Spicy Chili

2 lbs. JCross Natural Ground Beef
1 medium onion - diced
1 large can petit diced tomatoes (28 oz.)
1 large can crushed tomatoes (28 oz.)
3 cans black beans (15.25 oz.)
1 tsp. salt
1 Tbs. granulated garlic
3 Tbs. chili powder
1 - 2 cups beef stock

Brown beef and saute onion in pot. Add both cans of tomatoes and black beans and then add spices. Stir in beef stock starting with 1 cup and add more to desired thickness. Heat thoroughly. Serve topped with cheese and tortilla chips or cornbread.

Spaghetti with Meat Sauce

1 lb. JCross Natural Ground Beef
1 medium onion - diced
2 Tbs. olive oil
1 extra large can crushed tomatoes (6 lbs 6 oz.) or 4 large 28 oz. cans
2 Tbs. granulated garlic
2 Tbs. Italian seasoning
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
1 lb. spaghetti

Brown beef and saute onion in olive oil in pot. Add crushed tomatoes and seasonings. Cook over medium heat and heated thoroughly. Add parmesan cheese. Cook spaghetti as directed. Serve meat sauce over spaghetti noodles.

JCross Meatloaf

2 lbs. JCross Natural Ground Beef
1 cup uncooked rice
2 eggs
1/4 cup milk
1 Tbs. olive oil
1 tsp. salt
1 Tbs. Italian seasoning
2 tsp. granulated garlic

Cook rice as directed and let cool. Add all the ingredients into a large bowl and mix well. Spray coat a baking dish and add the meatloaf mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 45 minutes.

Layered Lasagna

1 lb. JCross Natural Ground Beef
1 pkg. lasagna noodles
1 15 oz. container ricotta cheese
1/8 cup parmesan cheese
1 beaten egg
2 tsp. Italian seasoning
2 large cans crushed tomatoes (28 oz.)
1 Tbs. Italian seasoning
1 Tbs. granulated garlic
1 tsp. salt
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

Cook lasagna noodles as directed or get the noncook version. Brown beef. In a medium bowl, add the ricotta cheese, beaten egg, 2 tsp. Italian seasoning, and parmesan cheese and blend. In another bowl, combine the crushed tomatoes and the rest of the spices. You have the beef, noodles, cheese mixture, and sauce mixture and mozarella cheese so you are now ready for layering. Spraycoat the bottom of your large baking dish. Layer as follows: noodles, cheese mixture, beef, sauce mixture, and mozarella cheese. Repeat for 3 total layers. Bake in 350 degree oven for approximately one hour. Serve hot with your favorite bread and salad.

Ranch Pizza

Pizza crust of your choice
1 lb.  JCross Natural Ground Beef
1 large can crushed tomatoes (28 oz.)
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. Italian seasoning
2 tsp. granulated garlic
1 medium onion (diced and optional)
1 cup sweet peppers (diced and optional)
1 - 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
Parmesan cheese

Brown beef. In a bowl, combine and stir crushed tomatoes and spices. Get your pizza crust ready by lightly brushing or spraying with olive oil. Layer with sauce, beef, cheese, and onions and peppers. Bake in 350 degree oven for about 15 - 25 minutes. Watch carefully. Top with parmesan cheese.

Tortilla Soup Ranch Style

1 lb. JCross Natural Ground Beef
4 chicken breasts (cooked) or whole rotisserie chicken
Carton of chicken broth
1 cup uncooked rice
1 medium onion - diced
1 cup sweet peppers - diced
1 large can crushed tomatoes (28 oz.)
1 large can petit diced tomatoes (28 oz.)
1 can rotelle tomatoes
2 cans corn (drained)
4 cans blacked beans (drained)
3 Tbs. chili powder
1 1/2 Tbs. granulated garlic
2 tsp. salt

Cut chicken into bite sized pieces. Cook rice as directed. In large pot, brown beef and saute onion and peppers. Add chicken, rice, all cans of tomatoes, black beans, and corn. Stir in spices. Add chicken broth as needed to desired thickness. (It usually takes around 3/4 of the carton.) Heat thoroughly. Top with chedder cheese and serve with tortilla chips and tortillas.

Shepherds Ranch Pie

2 lb. JCross Natural Ground Beef
Dash of salt
Dash of pepper
6 medium potatoes
2 cans cream corn
1 can regular corn
2 cups shredded cheese

Brown ground beef and salt and pepper to taste. Boil potatoes and mash. Stir corns together. Layer: beef, corn, potatoes, and cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes or until thoroughly hot. Serve with your favorite fruit or salad.

JCross Natural Beef Hamburgers

1-2 lbs JCross Natural Ground Beef
Seasonings (salt, pepper, steak seasoning)

Add salt and pepper to ground beef and mold into desired amount and size of hamburgers. Season both sides with steak seasoning. Cook on the grill and serve on your favorite bun or serve bunless for a more healthy alternative.

Burrito Bowl

1 lb. JCross Natural Beef
1 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. granulated garlic
1 tsp. salt
2 cups cooked rice (any kind)
1 can black beans, drained
1 can corn, drained
1 head lettuce
1 cup shredded cheese
Salsa
Sour cream

Brown beef in skillet and add chili powder, granulated garlic, and salt. In separate bowls, put out rice, beans, corn, lettuce and cheese and set out salsa and sour cream. Serve and let everyone make and layer their own burrito bowl according to preference. Top with salsa and sour cream!

Taco Salad

1 lb. JCross Natural Beef
2 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. granulated garlic
1 tsp. salt
1 can black beans, drained
1 head lettuce
1 diced avocado
1 diced tomato
sliced black olives
1 cup shredded cheese
Lightly crushed tortilla chips
Catalina dressing

Brown beef in skillet and add chili powder, granulated garlic, and salt. In large bowl, toss everything together and serve. That's it! Easy peasy!

Tacos

1 lb. JCross Natural Beef
2 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. granulated garlic
1 tsp. salt
Sliced lettuce
Diced avocado
Diced tomato
Shredded cheese
Hard or soft tortillas
Salsa
Sour cream

Brown beef in skillet and add chili powder, granulated garlic, and salt. Set out all items for a taco bar and let everyone create their own taco.

Easy Beef Stew

1 - 2 pkg. JCross Natural Stew Meat
4 potatoes (chopped)
2 cups carrots (chopped)
1 medium onion (diced)
4 stalks of celery (diced)
1/3 cup flour
1 large can crushed tomatoes (28 oz.)
1 1/2 Tbs. granulated garlic
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. steak seasoning
1 carton beef broth

Add all ingredients into a crockpot in the order listed and slow cook for 6 - 8 hours. Serve hot with your favorite bread.

Bold and Spicy Beef Brisket

1 JCross Natural Beef Brisket
2 Tbs. chili powder
2 Tbs. salt
1 Tbs. granulated garlic
1 Tbs. onion powder or dried onion flakes
1 Tbs ground black pepper
1 Tbs. sugar
2 tsp. dry mustard
1 - 2 cups beef broth

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine all of the dried spices and mix well. Apply this rub to both sides of the brisket. Place brisket in a baking dish and bake uncovered for 30 minutes. Remove from the oven and add beef broth over the roast. Lower the temperature to 300 degrees and cover the pan tightly with foil. Cook for 2 - 3 hours more. Let brisket rest before serving.

Easy Oven Baked Round Steak

1 to 2 pkg. JCross Natural Beef Round Steak
1/2 - 1 cup Italian dressing
Steak seasoning or salt and pepper
1 medium onion (diced)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lay round steak in a baking dish or dishes. Season with seasonings. Pour Italian dressing over steak. Sprinkle diced onion over top. Bake in 350 degrees oven for around 30 to 40 minutes.

Smothered Round Steak

1 to 2 pkg JCross Natural Beef Round Steak
1 carton beef broth
1/2 - 1 cup flour
Steak seasoning or salt and pepper

Lay steak in large baking dish or dishes. Season. Sprinkle flour over top. Add beef broth. Bake in 325 oven for about 45 minutes to 1 hour. Let stand after removed from oven. Broth will thicken into gravy. Great served with rice or potatoes.

T-Bones or  Sirloin Steak

Steak seasoning

Marinate steaks in Italian dressing over night. Season steak before placed on the grill. Grill as desired.
